Long line waited for 25 minutes for food and it was rushed and smaller than former burritos from same location

I placed our order online & my husband picked it up. All of our order was not there & we live 30mins away so it was to late by the time I realized we were missing items. It also took a hr for our online order to be avb.

Stood in line for 20 mins to get to the front and they're out of both rice and chicken.
