My order was not ready upon arriving at Chipotle, which was irritating as I had placed my order via the Chipotle app on my phone. The woman ringing me out was frustrated and seemed extremely overwhelmed. Although I understand the restaurant was busy, this is exactly why I preordered and paid rather than standing in the line. It turns out I waited just the same amount of time for my food, so preordering was irrelevant.

Easy location, great food. I placed my order through the app, which I had never done before. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't easier to pay for my food when I walked into the restaurant. I had to wait for two other people to pay, which contradicted the whole point of preordering.

The food is good and the portions are great. My only complaint is some of the staff
