I was satisfied with the experience of shopping for my jewelry. However there was a promo of spend $180 and get a free bracelet up to $100. I also had a $10 discount for completing a survey. I bought a lab grown diamond ring nut when it came to the free bracelet, Ny (the associate) didn't tell me that if I used the $10 off coupon, I would not qualify for the bracelet promo. This was uncomfortable for me because of course the bracelet is valued more than the $10 discount. So since she applied the $10 discount first, she had to do a return for my purchase and start again. She said the coupon can't be used with a promo. She said first the coupon wasn't going to work bc the diamond collection was not included with promos. Now idk if the $10 coupon works because it was ran through on the first transaction. After all this, when I was picking the bracelet, she said the one I wanted wasn't included, but after going to another store & checking online, it definitely was included. I exchanged for the bracelet I wanted in the other store. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but it didn't seem like the attendant had much knowledge about the promos going on.
