I came in with an idea in mind of what I wanted, and walked out super happy. They were able to exchange a purchase I had made earlier in the week with a different size. I also walked out with another ring that I had wanted. Very happy.

Syria and Monae were fantastic! The bracelet I was wanting was sold out online and they were able to locate not one, but two in store so I even was able to choose what size was most comfortable. They helped with fit and sizing as well. They were extremely knowledgable and pleasant and I will be returning!

There was fast assistance as well as educated associates. I went in wanting to clean my jewlery and pick up a new ring but not knowing exactly what I wanted. My jewlery got cleaned in about 7-10 minutes and an associate helped me try on various rings. I was out the store with my jewlery cleaned and a new ring in about 20 minutes!
