I really loved the experience and would like to come again and again for shopping more and more to new charms for the bracelet.

I went on a Monday evening and met with 3 associates, Stormy, Brooklyn and Andrea. They were all very accommodating and eager to introduce themselves and make me comfortable. So much so I went back Tuesday evening to take advantage of the "Buy 2 Get one free" Tuesday evening was a different staff, Carman and Christine. Very helpful, I even learned a new way to wear my Pandora Bracelets. With Carmen's creativeness I learned I could were the bracket as an anklet. Perfect for my beach vacation. My overall experience was worth sharing and I will be back to meet more of your staff

I received outstanding customer service. My sales associate was very patient and helped me select my charms. Also, she assisted me with making charm recommendations for me to purchase.

All sales associates were wonderful, I visited two separate stores, the store at Independence Mall with Rachel and Consuela and then the plaza store with Stormy. The Independence store did not have one charm I was looking for however the plaza store did and I was treated very well at both.

Loved the 2 ladies that helped my daughter pick out her bracelet. They were kind and cheerful and I have some ideas for Christmas as well
