Both Grace and Valerie were extremely helpful! Grace answered my questions on the phone and was willing to put my items on hold for me. Valerie helped me in store and also was very helpful- pairing different charms to make my desicion easier. I came here after being frustrated with lack of service at the Destin location. I had to lean over the glass and with the reflection and small details of the charms, it was extremely hard to see the charms. I voiced this to the destin associate and she wasnt willing to take out the charms for viewing. So I came here. My husband buys me 3 every yr for Christmas. I do wish pandora would have more sales that are throughout the year though. We would buy more.

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable Pandora closer to home ( Destin) been in numerous times have found them rude So my daughter and I will be going 40 miles out of our way to go to store in Panama City
