The staff was very friendly. Both ladies greeted me when I entered the store. I was looking for a necklace and the associate went to several counters to retrieve necklaces for me to view.

Sheri was my saleswoman and she did an incredible job. I chose several items and she recommended a few complimentary pieces and it was so easy to get my shopping done. She was very considerate and valued my time. This is the kind of staff every store should promote. If she’s paid commission you’ve got a great deal going! Thanks Sherri for a job well done. This is my 3 trip back for more.

The sales clerk, Sheri did an outstanding job. This is the 3rd time I have went to this store in the past month and Sheri waited on me every time! She is knows her stuff and is always willing to go the extra mile!! Great associate for this store!

I went to Pandora to purchase a charm for my friend but I end up buying more than I intended to. All because of how beautiful the jewelry or the other products are plus the friendliness of the sales staff. Sheri M, assisted me and she’s so patient and very knowledgeable of the products that were there. I will tell her what I want and she will give me several products to choose from. She gave me time to choose. She was not pushy at all. She was very thorough in making sure that I will not be charged twice with the items that I bought. What was suppose to be one charm or one item ended up with 10 items by the time I left the store. I really enjoyed shopping in Pandora. Thank you to all the staff that helped me and to Miss Sheri M.

I was buying a memorial gift for a friend whose father recently died. I explained the concept I had and the sales associate picked the perfect thing the very first item!

During my visit the staff were overwhelmed with customers. And not once did I see the staff loss track of the order of customers to service.
