I went in for a birthday gift and was recognized by staff as a previous customer. I was shown new products to choose from. I ended up with an even better gift than expected due to the recommendations!

I was highly satisfied because the associate was very kind to us and helped the entire visit. The store wasn't too busy during our time there which made it a calming and enjoyable place to be. And lastly the associate helped me Find a ring that matched well with the other we got.

I worked with Serena at the Sioux Falls empire mall store and she was very kind and helpful. She was also very patient while I was figuring out what i want.

I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience in the pandora store today. Dixie and her associate spent one on one time with me to make the perfect decision for my purchase. We shared laughs and even stories about the charms I currently have and purchased with them.

This is a new store in our mall. The previous store closed during the pandemic and was locally owned. I was so excited to see the store! It is set up nicely with lots of inventory!

My mom and I LOVE Pandora. We live in Sioux Falls, SD and were so sad when it closed. We were informed that a new store has opened in the mall and of course we had to go. The moment we walked in both Natalie and Joan were SO helpful. They made the experience much more enjoyable. Both ladies were so patient and very knowledgeable. They gave us great advice on how to take care of our products and what products would suit us. The biggest takeaway I have is just how friendly they were. You could tell that both Natalie and Joan love their job and made me and my mom feel special. Although they are not permanently working at the Sioux Falls store, I will never forget this experience as it was one of my best at Pandora.
