All associates in the store assisted me in finding what I was looking for. Even though it was not available and out of stock online I was able to learn about the Pandora Me collection and get my first “Me” bracelet. Joan was extremely helpful and shared details about the new store and where she is from making it a personal experience, something the franchise stores just have not been able to do.

They told me about the discounts. They showed me what I wanted and tried to not sell me other things. They were friendly.

I was greeted as I entered the store by a young woman with a broad smile that reached to her eyes. She shared some of the new charms, i.e. the octopus. Answered my questions and I was welcomed to look around. I then was greeted by Bella who showed me the charms I had interest in and completed the sale. I learned that Bella had an interest in seeing an attraction for which I volunteered. I shared some information which seemed to delight her. She thanked me for the conversation. The charms were boxed and placed in a sweet little bag. I enjoyed my time spent there and would return happily to see new items.

I was disappointed that you did not have more for a selection for the braided leather charm bracelets. I also thought that the braided leather was a little high priced for what you got. I also thought when spending over 100.00$ the cleaning cloth should have been free.

I feel like the quality of the product was not worth the price. The price was very high for a bracelet that I could have gotten for 20$ at Walmart. But I feel like the charms are a decent price.

It was assumed I had a return when I was showing my receipt for $10 off for a previous review. I came in asking for very specific items to purchase, the sales associate asked if I had shopped at Pandora before which I think that is obvious when I’m asking for specific items.

Assistance was available as soon as I walked in. Two associates helped me at the same time, then one left to do something else and helped another customer. I really like the Pandora jewelry products and think they are beautiful.

Some of the helpers were not as nice and they would not let me try things or would not let me touch them

Not my first encounter with the associate who helped me. She was a little pushy, and when I had question about return/exchange an item, she didn't explain the policy, and insisted that i should keep the item I bought. I asked for specific charm, she didn't know what I was talking g about, and bought out box charms for me to choose from, when the charm was in stock at the store the whole time. She seems only interested in helping when the manager is around. I was rushed to make selection/purchase.

the lady that helped my boyfriend and i was not friendly at all, we told her we were looking for promise rings and she asked what size i was, & i was unsure so she grabbed 7.5 and let me try a few on. she told us nothing about the ring just simply stood there. she was not friendly AT ALL! she looked like she did not want to be there.
