The staff was nice but I had to wait awhile to be acknowledged/helped after already being in the store for 5 minutes.

No one made eye contact with me or acknowledged that I was even present in the store. It takes a split second to smile and say, 'we'll be right with you.' I had an exchange and I waited more than 15 minutes for anyone to realize that I was in the store. Is that on brand for you?

Por el idioma, solo inglés y entiendo poco solo hablo español.
