I made a purchase changed my mind , after purchasing never walked out the store was told I couldn’t exchange the item, it would flag the system. Highly disappointed

The sales associate in the store rushed me and was rude. She was hardly interested to show anything!!

Pandora is one of my favorite stores. They sales representatives are always helpful. I look forward to always seeing your next sale.

Sales associate were extremely unprofessional, talking to each other and cursing while I was trying to make a purchase. They also misinformed me with the amount of my %10 military discount and did even not apply it to the purchase at the end.

THE LEAD MANAGER THAT WAS WORKING THERE WHEN I MADE MY PURCHASE WAS VERY RUDE & ALSO HAVE A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE. IF I THINK HER NAME IS ALICIA!! THE MANAGER IS THE REASON WHY I WOULD BE RETURNING MY ITEMS!!
