This Pandora store at Bergen Town Center in Paramus, NJ is one of the friendliest employees I have dealt with. The store is always clean. Love that it is an outlet store wish we hand another Pandora outlet store in northern New Jersey.

I was there for a return and the sales associate (Alicia) was very pleasant and managed to turn the return in to another sale offering me a great offer with 30% off clearance items and I also purchased some new items.

It was my first time buying a bracelet for my daughter and niece. My associate was extremely knowledgeable and helped me to select bracelets and charms. She was amazing!!
