Alicia was awesome and super helpful in making a selection. Policies though however should change specifically around exchanges during the holidays where your gifting to others. Not being able to return/exchange an item that's closeout is silly if your trying to capture loyalty from customers during a time you may get brand new customers.

Gwen was a very nice employee. She is was very funny and she had helped us a lot. To mention, she is very beautiful and talented. We wanted to buy a lot more due to her kindness. I never laughed more with anyone else in my life. I am very satisfied with this experience.

Alicia and the other staff members at this location are always friendly and helpful. They know right away if they have the item I am looking for. The team at the Shoppes at Bergan is outstanding!
