there was a screw in a tire that caused a slow leak. It was repaired rather quickly.

First of all, it was easy to make an appointment on Sunday for Monday. Then upon arrival, check in was timely and professional.

I originally planned on getting more services however the friends staff was knowledgeable of the needs for this visit and advised waiting as some services were not needed it. I’m so grateful for the team and they’re honestly.

Friendly and professional services

I had a case where an air pressure warning light was coming on for no apparent reason. The team at Big O quickly checked the tires and the guage, made sure everything was inflated properly and reset the warning gauge. Everything worked well. They were quick to see me, both friendly and professional, and took care of my question very promptly.

Took several tries to solve the issue, but Ulysses and Gabriel especially kept trying until they figured it out!
