Joel was fantastic. I had been told by the dealership of my car I need 2 new ball joint at a cost of 900.00. They checked and were fine. No damage and no charge. I highly recommend the honesty of this Big O.

Walk in visit prior to driving to LA later the same day. Checked in as #3 in the morning for rotate, balance, brakes and underbody check. I was called back 2 hours later. Everything was well and all services were free. Vehicle performed flawlessly. OUTSTANDING.

I am very very happy with my experience. I made an appointment same day and I told me an hour wait couldn’t have been more than 1520 minutes. I was in an hour. Very satisfied car rides. Great people were extremely friendly. Thank you very much and God bless.
