My car was towed to this location at night. I walked up to apprise the crew upon the store's opening. My tire was patched and out of the service bay in less than a half hour. There was no pressure to buy a new tire immediately. The repair service was gratis as I had purchased the tires here in 2019. The customer service was great and the repair work was done quickly.

My car has been serviced at Big O for a few times now. Every time I feel satisfied. This time is the same. It is so easy to talk about the problems and get serviced, no matter who you talk to. I have already recommended a friend to change tires and get services at Big O.

It was a pleasant experience. I needed to have my back right tire checked. They informed me that it would take about an hour for a technician to see if there is a leak. When I returned in an hour they did but find an issue with my tire and said that there was no charge since they did not find an issue with my tire. It was a pleasant surprise. So I will be back to this location. Thank you!!

Came in with a slow leak in my driver's side rear tire. Showed up about an hour and a half before closing with no appointment. They took care of me within 30 minutes and I was on my way.
