Big O Tires

I wasn’t highly satisfied.

Dropped my truck off to get 2 tires mounted and was happy they were able to get it done right away

Came in with a flat shredded trailer tire. Discovered that all tires were severely deteriorated and needed replacement. Ulises made a call to the warehouse and had the tires on-site within a90 minutes. Mounted with new metal valve steams. On my way in less than three hours. Very satisfied with Ulises honesty and work ethic.

They explained everything good. People in the front desk were super nice. Their was a seating area with T.V. , bathroom and they also had a station with water & coffee.

I just walked in with a flat tire and money was tight, Joel help me out right away and took care of the problem. Gave me a fix repair for a reasonable price. And I didn’t have to wait long. Thank you Joel for having great customer service.

Dropped by late Monday evening. Big O could not see the car that evening, but immediately set up an appointment at my desired time for the next day. Having made the appointment, we arrived on time, the service representative was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Our appointments were process immediately, we were given a realistic timetable, which was then followed. The price was fair, the service quick and very good quality.

Been going there for a very long time. Associates are friendly and know my name.

Awesome people and a great work environment. I have been pleased with taking my vehicles here. Thank you very much again.
