I just walked in with a flat tire and money was tight, Joel help me out right away and took care of the problem. Gave me a fix repair for a reasonable price. And I didn’t have to wait long. Thank you Joel for having great customer service.

Dropped by late Monday evening. Big O could not see the car that evening, but immediately set up an appointment at my desired time for the next day. Having made the appointment, we arrived on time, the service representative was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Our appointments were process immediately, we were given a realistic timetable, which was then followed. The price was fair, the service quick and very good quality.
