John the manager provided excellent customer service. He he was precise on the time it would take.

Just the Great all around customer service.

My initial reason for stopping in was my tire had a screw in it. After talking to your associate, he and I realized it was time to also rotate the tires. The associate did not know this, but I was actually in a hurry to drive home and help my cousin move into her new home using my pick up. The associate promised that the rotation and the removal of the screw would take less than an hour. I was able to drive my pick up home and meet up with my cousin on time because of the quick service of my Big O representative.

The employee was very knowledgeable and friendly unfortunately the 3 tires and get one free wasn't available had to get another brand yet got what I needed

The issue I had was not a major one but they treated my issue just as important.

The Team was informative and answered all my questions. They were also transparent on price and time. Went in 2 days prior to getting the service and didn’t feel pressured or disregarded when I wanted to think about it.
