Big O Tires

I have been doing business with Big O at the San Leandro Washington location since 2000. The service I received at that time was and still is stellar. Johnny and Angel ( managers) have always been great. All my family members use Big O for their auto needs. Great service.

Angel accommodated us on a busy extremely stormy day. Appreciated his assistance and service.

Friendliness of staff.

The sales people know their business and my options were clearly explained, as well as the pricing. I like that the sales people get to know their customers, so when I went in to pick up my van, I didn't even have to give my name. Also, my van needed other repairs that I was not able to do at the time and Angel explained what was needed without me having to ask him. He even had a picture of the part for me to see. The only thing I don't like is that I often have to wait in line and that is difficult for me because I am disabled. I understand that this location is very busy, and that is good, but it is hard for me to stand that long.

Even though I didn't make an appointment, the service provided was great. I also liked how fast they were with the services. They were also very nice
