The customer services was excellent. The young who helped me was in training but it didn’t take long for her to complete the process. This location is very organized & fast moving to get customers in & out efficiently. Not to mention the pricing for what I went in for was very reasonable. Thanks Big O. Scheduled a flat repair. Associate checked and determined that the “flat” tire was not purchased at her store. Only when the service was completed did she inform me of the cost of the flat repair.

I watch tech person working on my car, very slow, kept stopping to look at his phone. Much improvement needed by this person.
