Scheduled a flat repair. Associate checked and determined that the “flat” tire was not purchased at her store. Only when the service was completed did she inform me of the cost of the flat repair.

As always, the service itself was great. There are two comfortable places to wait while my vehicle is being serviced, which is nice. The only thing that kept Big O from getting a 10/10 rating is the fact that no one asked for the key to the wheel locks. When I was checking out, the clerk told me they were unable to check my brakes because they didn't have the key. The key is in the glove box and in the past they got it out and it wasn't an issue, but now the policy is that they cannot do that. In that case, he should have asked me for the key upfront. Part of the reason for bringing my vehicle to Big O is your thorough inspection and servicing. This time around, I was particularly interested in knowing how my brakes were, but could not find out. I was disappointed.
