Tires selection are kind of limited!

I had a blowout, so I had no choice but to come in on a busy Saturday afternoon w/o and appointment. They were very accomodating. I left the wheel and came back later to have it installed. I did have to wait for the latter, but only about an hour. Really not bad, all things considered.

Not one familiar face since last visit. Slow service.

Didn't have the Tires that I needed In stock and had to wait 3 days for Them

Maybe under staffed

In October, 2021 I purchased 4 tires plus 6 month Alignment package. I take my vehicle here every single time I need anything. I am disappointed that they did not remind me in April that I should get my Alignment done (before the 6 months were up). I was told that this "franchise" was being sold and consequently received less service due to "all that was going on". Additionally, they used to have all of their prices listed behind the Service Coordinators. This information has been ripped down and now We consumers have no clue, prior to them offering us the "total" at the end of our conversation about "what services need to be performed". The Prices Should Be Posted or Available for Us to See. The New Service Coordinators had to keep asking questions of the "original" working team and it took a longer than usual time to get checked in. I don't know if I will go back to this location. New owner? No Coffee. No nothing while we wait except repeating Country Music.

the receptionist very unfriendly, doesn't seem to care, they took way longer time to finish the job. the receptionist didn't notify me when my car was done, I had to go to her and ask. very unprofessional.

Nothing my experience there was great

Had a nail in my tire which required a patch (PSI at 27). Job took over 2 hours. Went home and parked. When trying to drive the car several hours later, there was less pressure than when I took it in that morning (PSI at 7!). I had a 6:30pm commitment which required. R ti take a Lyft and arrive late. I also incurred an unexpected e or se. Took it back in Saturday morning. The explanation was that I somehow got another mail in the 1-mile drive to my home 🙄.

Kudos to the afternoon crew of 24 Sep. although shop is closing, i really did not think they will be able to finish job before closing. I was told that since i was promised that job will be done, they will stay past closing to finish and they DID. A commitment to service indeed!!!
