I called to set up appointment but I was told to just come in, no need for an appointment. I came in at 8:10 for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment, the job was completed pass 10:30.

I made an appointment for 3:00 pm for an alignment check under the warranty. When I brought the car in, I was told it would be about an hour. After an hour, I noted my car hadn't even been taken into a bay for the alignment. I asked what was going on. They said there were cars ahead of mine and I'd have to wait. When I pointed out I had made an appointment, I was told that means nothing, just that we'd get to your car sometime today THEN WHY DO YOU TAKE APPOINTMENTS???? I will never go to this Big O again do the this lousy service. If I try another and this happens again, I will never return to ANY Big o tire location.

Conversation A oil change and tire rotation, . If a alinement is needed say so upfront. They need to heat the waiting room. It was 42 degrees inside .

I went to fix a falt tire , and just because they knew I was in rush and came at the end of the business time , they lied about the tire not fixable while it was , but I didn’t figure out untill later . So I was pushed to buy a new tire , which unfortunately was in bad condition as well that it has a very old production date that is more than 2 year which I didn’t know that tires has production date untill later . Another thing I wasn’t offered to keep my old tire , which they claimed it wasn’t fixable but it was and I could have took it to fix it somewhere else . Even if I didn’t want to take my old tire , they should have asked me if I want to keep it or not ?! Very disappointed in how they play customer’s although they job was quick and service is good . But I am not going there again and I don’t recommend it .

If you approve an appointment have all the necessary parts ready to go. All I want was tires and new sensors, they had two tires only and no sensors, as a matter of fact they were u aware I wanted the sensors replace even though they were on the quote Big O provided. I had to bring that to their attention and then they tell they don't have them. Sad and unprofessional. Now I have to continue looking at the warning light on the dash because they could not read a quote.

Hire people that are knowledgeable and hire people that don’t give you a phone call when your vehicle is finished and ignore you every time I walk past you and don’t say a word that your vehicle has been finished and you wait for hours

Incompetent young lady at the counter was unable to replicate my previous order from December 2022, although I provided her a copy. Most importantly, 3 hours for oil change is much too long. My order was not complete after 3 hours, I was told the alignment still needed to be completed. When I left Big O Tires, I saw 2 cars in the garage, 1 car in the alignment, the remainder of the garage was empty. On Wednesday, May 4….Big OTires had 4 mechanics on duty. By the time I left Big O….I was a total wreck and very disappointed. I am as told the appointments come first and then I am squeezed in between. Like I said earlier, only 2 cars in garage and 4 mechanics. This company has really sunk and is not a good place for basic service.
