If service is going to take longer than first explained there needs to be communication with the customers

More help available to serve you. I was there at 8:10 AM for a tire rotation. It took 1.5 hours and bays were open.

The price I was given in the store was almost twice the online quote and I had to argue about unnecessary services being added to my bill

Don't over book and keep your commitment. It took 3 hour's for oil change and tire rotation

My product was not in store for my appointment, waited 30 minutes to find out that it had not arrived and that I was going to get a call back. No call so I called again and no information was given and I decided to choose a different location that replaced my tires within 2 hours of my phone call.

The front brakes were a warrenty item and when I got the SUV back both the brake pedal and emergence brake pedals were lower than before. I asked them if they changed the pads on front and rear they said no they were fine. I drove it home and parked it for the weekend and took it back on Monday told them I wanted new pads on the vechile front and rear. They adjusted the brakes . When I came to pick it up I asked if they changed the pads they said no they were not bad. My vechile my choice .They said they weren't going to take it back apart the pads were good. I have been a mechanic for 38 years I am not a dummy. I just old and can no longer do the work . I was willing to pay for the pads and the rear b rake job but they said no . I will never go back. Just an FYI the big o in San Leandro was just purchased from someone elseand word is they don't want to fix warranty jobs for a loss.

Please please return my money buy alignment is still out of alignment you don't know what you're doing at all. I made an appointment for 8 o'clock in the morning, it was over an hour before they got it on the rack, still one hour and 45 minutes. When I drove away still out of alignment turning to the right side of the street immediately. What else can I tell you. Please return my money.

Technician spill oil on engine while refilling and it got smoke all over in hood then they have to put watet on my engine to cool it off . Not visiting next time to risk my brand new suv
