Big O Tires

They told me they fixed my tire. I drive away and my car signals to me that my PSI is still low on the tire they "fixed." I come back and have them look at it again. They look at it and say that they missed the 2nd puncture, but now that they saw it, they patched it up. It's already bad they missed it the first time. I start my car and notice that it still says the PSI is low. I come back and the guy assures me, "No, it's fixed! Just drive for 10 minutes and it's fine." I start the car and wait a few minutes because I want to show him the tire is deflating, but he looks at me and yells, "Drive drive!" Rude! I drive for 10 minutes and come back because the reading is still showing my tire is deflating. The shop closed! 30 minutes later, my tire is completely flat. I had to waste a second AAA roadside assistance and wasted 3 hours of my time for Big O Tires to DO NOTHING, be rude to me, and send me driving with a deflating tire. If I went on the freeway, I could've gotten in an accident and died! I came back the next morning and demanded a refund, which they gave me. Then, I took my car to Hyundai and they fixed my tire because they noticed a 3rd puncture and now it's fine. Wow.

Big O' can have more then one worker on a Saturday morning working!! Customer service could be a little nicer.....

When a person has an appointment and told it would be ready by a certain time, every effort should have been made to finish on or near time promised. Otherwise Customer should have been told and been communicated with during process. It was nearly 3 hr hours for work that was estimated to be done in 1 hour. During the wait, big o did not initiate any communication regarding the extended time.

I went it in to have my stock rims replaced with other rims simple swap and they could not do it in 1 hr after I came back from lunch.

I’m not coming back or recomend it to this location.
