Jacklyn was great the entire customer experience. She communicated and explained all the services required. The most important thing I felt was that I can trust her and she wasn’t trying to be a sales person by ‘selling’ me products I didn’t need. Job well done Jacklyn!!!

Came in with under inflated tire, thought I have a puncture. Employee explain the cost for repair the problem and how long to wait. Completed repair on time and explain no puncture just nordmal air loss and cold weather.

Quick turnaround and detailed explanation of work performed

I bought my tires at Big O and was guaranteed service if needed in the future. I had my tire patched because of a nail and this was included for free. The associates have also checked the air pressure when the warning light on the dashboard appeared. No job too small!

As always, friendly service at a good price. Problem was found during oil change, they communicated with us to make sure we were ok with pricing and their ability to complete service. We've always had amazing service there. We trust the technicians, and feel that they do a great job, and never have to worry once the job is completed.
