Chipotle

I love chipotle and eat there often. However, this location is often out of at least one item (not including carnitas), and this staff is less professional than other locations.

Bathrooms were filthy, made we worry about how often the kitchen gets cleaned

The chicken was cold and chewy and they took forever to make the food. Then, when I asked for chips, the cashier rolled her eyes and said with a sigh "stand to the side they'll be out in a minute." So after a few minutes of waiting I get my chips and go on. When I get home, the chips are stale and can literally rip like a piece of paper. Not crunchy at all.
