I was blown away with how seamless my Toyota services were. Super competitive prices, quality work, friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful. I wish all shops were like this. My first time visiting before this was for an oil change and tire rotation and I came back for the battery cleaning bc of how impressed I was, the sense of trustworthiness that Marvin the manager exuded.

Over the last four years, I’ve been a customer of Big O Tires in Healdsburg. The quality of the tires is superb and is only matched by the excellent service that I have continued to receive since that time this is a first rate business that treats their customers like friends I bought, the top-of-the-line tires in 2021 for my Mazda and have received fantastic service ever cents.

I found the new service associates is the desk to be friendly and easy to communicate, and work with. Unlock the previous desk person, Sean, that was there, the people there were at the desk this time where nice to work with.

Quick and Complete resolution of the problem

I was Abel to get in to the shop in the morning and order Good Year Wrangler tires and have them delivered to the store and mounted on my car that afternoon!
