Big O Tires

Customer service and what services they were doing after I set appointment online also they removed and lost one my center wheel caps to my car And couldn’t find it bad service just for 2 new tires

The person behind the counter didn't acknowledge anyone coming into the shop until he was dealing with them directly, when the counter person went to hand out a work order, he had to go to the parking lot and wake the service tech up. Was told it would be about an hour to check my tires for any kind of air leak ( dash light was on for low tire pressure). Once the tech that worked on my vehicle started, he was very pleasant and communicated everything he was doing, at least you had one employee that seemed to care about the customers coming in.

The pricing was very scketchy and I feel like my coupon was not honored. Also, the rep advised not to rotate the tires which I agreed to but they did anyway and the tire pressures are all different now. I will NEVER come back.

Takes way too long for a basic oil change. And there was not even a car in the bay also store seems really dirty And trashy just real disappointed manager was very friendly though

I filled out the appointment request form and it was individually approved by the store. However, when I arrived at the store, the associate questioned why I chose the tires I did. He then let me know they did not have the tires in stock, and tried to upsell me the Big O Tire brand instead. When I said I'd like the tires I picked and they approved, he informed me that they would be coming from across town (approx an hour away) and that I shouldn't wait. I had to call a coworker for a ride, as I had indicated on my appointment request that I would wait for service. They then informed me that the tires were also not available at the warehouse and gave me one of the four tires free to go ahead and get the Big O tires and be done with it.

As soon as I pulled in with my daughter all I heard was loud music saying the N word and B words NOT APPROPRIATE

Oil change was never completed!!!

If I make an appointment and receive an online quote then I expect you to honor that quote. When I arrive is not the time to tell me that you don't have the tires that you promised in the original qoute

So there is two Marks a young one that is the only reason why I will come back but the mid 30/40 mark was extremely rude to me and other customers even called somebody stupid and Arrogant because he asked someone to grab the keys ( customer was in his 70s to 80s ) then young Mark grabbed them but he was extremely rude to me too he was always mad when I had a question and always rude overall if I was there I’d fire him do not do business with older mark
