Big O Tires

If someone’s cost estimate is going to be either $20 or $80, the client needs to be called to clarify the price before the service is completed. I was expecting the quoted $20, but was forced to pay $80. Never coming again.

Better customer service

If I bring my vehicle in for a tire that needs plugged then at least fix that, don't tell me you did and you didn't. Don't focus your time on trying to sell me other products and services and forget the reason I came there in the first place and then I leave there just to go to another tire place down the street when I discover the same nail is still sticking out of my tire.

Communication! I did not have an appointment so I asked if there was time for my vehicle to be serviced and was told yes. They called almost an hour *after* closing and having my vehicle for over 5 hours to tell me my vehicle had not been looked at. They couldn’t even give the courtesy of allowing time for me to arrive to pick up my vehicle. If I wanted my vehicle back that day (they were closed the following day), they would leave my keys on the floorboard of my unlocked vehicle. They knew hours before they would t get to my vehicle, but didn’t bother communicating.

Fire the guy that was at counter and your mechanics neither know what there doing or talking about took to a better shop and they were able to preform the job and get it done when your people said could not do.I will never come here again
