It was expensive

I requested an oil change and check up as I am about to take a road trip on my own. My car needed over 600.00 worth of work, but even with an appointment my car was parked for a long time while others came and went. I am disabled and really struggled with sitting there for so long. I don’t understand why I had an appointment but was parked for so long. It just wasn’t right.

Again, had an appointment for 10 and they didn't take my car in until 10:40!

I was very satisfied. But, I did not get a call when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Other than that everything was great!

The staff was great and the location is near by my house where I can just ride my bike home instead of waiting. However I was suppose to have an oil change done and it was forgot about until I showed up so I had to wait 20 minutes on that.

People were very nice and helpful along the entire tire process. They explained everything and if I couldn’t pay offered to help put the donut on my car. Repair went smoothly.

I dropped the car in the morning for new tires and oil change. We have to wait for the tires till the afternoon, since they were not in stock.

3 visits for the same problem that was resolved.

I called last week to inquire about an oil change with synthetic oil and was told my tires would rotated. I was given $70 but when they showed me the paperwork it was $104.95, $34.95 more. I went there based on the $70 price but I was leaving on a trip tomorrow so I had no choice but to agree with this price. It doesn’t sound like $34.95 was much money but when you are a widowed senior and on social security that is a lot and would have paid a bill. Next time I need an oil change I will shop around.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable place to wait although the TV screen was very hard to see due to the sun!
