It's never a good time to wait on a vehicle you need to go do the thing that needs done, go to appointments, etc. It just puts a wrench in all those schedules.

When they were done with fixing a problem with my vehicle; they never checked to see if it worked. I believe that they caused another issue to my vehicle but they will never admit it. They just wanted my to make another appointment.

Wanted them to check the brakes had a noise but I'm thinking they never checked and the copies doesn't break down what they did

The $ on the coupon was misleading- there was a disposal fee charged for the oil - which really should have been included… not extra because I was not given an option about the disposal

I checked off on the paperwork to receive the defective parts back and I was told they were thrown away. Didn't check tire pressures/add air if needed, something I expected and didn't happen

When you say with a oil change you get a tire rotation your battery and filters check 49.99 you actually do that I paid 65.00 and I only got my oil change. Also my washer fluid cap is now missing. Wasn't put back on.

Oil change was supposed to include complimentary tire rotation. Front driver wheel has had curb rash for some time. Noticed when I got home that the front driver wheel was still the one with curb rash, indicating that a tire rotation was not done properly or at all. It says on the invoice that it was. It’s not a huge deal since it’s not something I paid for specifically, but come on. Don’t claim you did it and put it on the invoice/receipt when it clearly was not done properly, if at all.

Price quoted was 89.99 and after check in went up to $160.00

There was oil all over the bottom of my car and it made a mess of my garage floor.

they told me $49.99 then they told me it was $109. I told them the person I talked to had told me $49.99 and they said oh well they're gone now (seems like they were just lying to make it okay). So then I told them well maybe there was a coupon or something they had applied (as my daughter said she would just go where she usually goes next time). He then said he found one to lower the price and we ended up paying $67 which was better... but then when the service was done my daughter got in her car with her son and noticed the new oil change sticker was missing and didn't want to leave her son in the car so she called. The same guy immediately put her on hold and when he was done with the customer in front of him, then decided to scroll through his phone instead of picking up the phone to see what she needed (she even waited about 5 minutes thinking he would pick up the phone but he didn't) . She then went in and told them what the issue was. Never again will we do business with the Midas in Crawfordsville, IN
