Robert at the front Dess was very rude. I don’t know if that’s the manager or what but the way that he talks to the customers and the employees is not a good representation of the company also for a brand new customer why would somebody want to go back when you are being treated as if you are an inconvenience for showing up or a nuisance.

I received an oil change at this location. Approximately 3 hours after the oil change was completed my car had completely run out of oil as it was leaking out of the bottom of the vehicle. I never had this problem before the oil change and now my vehicle currently is damaged

Basically paid for a coolant flush on Saturday. Took it home thinking everything was fine. Wrong. On Sunday I turn on the car to go to the store and 2 minutes later it tells me engine coolant over temperature. I go back home because I don't want to mess anything up. Today I get in the car to come first thing in the morning. First thing that happens is the warning again, followed by my check iengine light. Worst part of all the car slows down on me almost coming to a complete stop. Thankfully the shop is about 2 miles from me so I keep driving about 10 mph praying the car doesn't stop on me or engine blows. The worst part is when I get there the representative Myles let's out a chuckle after I describe what's going on. I immediately think to myself "what's funny about the issues I'm having with my car". Reluctantly I left the car there for them to fix the issue. Thankfully I took off work to go to a doctor's and dentist appointment, but with that being said I was forced to Uber those places. Of course was not reimbursed for my inconvenience. In the end I ended up spending about the same as I would've at the dealership except much more headache and trouble.

I brought my vehicle in for a brake job just on the rear brakes I brought my own brakes I was persuaded not to use my brakes because of the so-called lifetime warranty I paid way too much for a brake job and when I left my brakes were still the same as before I left they did nothing to the rotors nor did they even suggest that I need a new rotors however my car is now driving as if I need new rotors so I just wasted money on a break job the guys at the Midas location are all scam artists and they all should not represent Midas
