Mark, Bill and the rest of the team were awesome. Professional, efficient, kind and prepared. This was my first experience at Tire Kingdom. I was very pleased with the experience. I have been going to Tires Plus/Firestone for 20+years. All the people I knew left. I came here because you sell interstate batteries and met Mark. I think this will be good for all of. Mark is a man of his word. I enjoyed working with him. Everyone at shop was great. thank you

I found a nail in my tire the night before but it was a slow leak so I figured I had time. A business appointment had me in the area of this store and I contacted my usual store who patched me through. I talked to the service writer who told me they could patch the tire in a reasonable time. I got to the store and they got me right in. I watched the young man who did most of the job and was very impressed with his seeming to give a shot about doing it right. Even got out a torque wrench to tighten the lug nits. I have a bead breaker and tire changer in my garage and know how to do the job. Fortunately I don't have to but I can be fussy about wanting it right. It's right!

New location was very convenient. Store was new and clean. Was able to get an appointment quickly. Issue: I was not able to book an appointment online so I had to call customer service to get an appointment.

unexpected problem with our car today on way to work engine sputtering and smelling . Went straight to Bill at Tire Kingdom for his expertise and honesty. We did not have an appointment and left the car for them to diagnosis. Not only were they able to diagnosis it but also fixed it the same day. You can take your car anywhere to have your oil change tire repaired or auto repaired but if you are looking for quality honesty and experience we highly recommend Bill and his highly trained technicians.
