Had a piece of metal in my right front tire. Called for an appointment and was able to get in within the hour. Manager & tire tech were great to deal with! Going back in a week to purchase 4 new tires for one of my vehicles because i liked the pricing and how i was treated.

I had a slow leak and pulled into the location, they were very nice and fixed my tire. Good customer service.

I had made an appointment online, but the website called a different TK than the one I was wasnting to make an appt at. When I showed up, Mark and I tried to figure out how that happened and realized the website was connecting incorrectly. He squeezed me in between appts. I just wanted a rotate and balance. He actually showed me why I needed two new tires, new brake rotors and pads, even though that is not why I went in there. He made a believer out of me, and I didn't feel like he was trying to rip me off. I greatly appreciate the honesty and am happy to recommend THIS TK to all my friends.

I arrived without an appointment to have a flat tire repaired. The tire was repaired in a timely manner and I didn't wait as long as I suspected. From the store manager to the tech who repaired my vehicle, everyone was friendly and pleasant.

Great service and communication through the entire process. In particular Mark, the service manager was knowledgeable, friendly and delivered on all aspects of the purchase and installation of my tires.

I walked into Tire Kingdom at 3PM to schedule an appointment for routine maintenance. Manager Mark Grandy's said that if I could wait, he could perform the maintenance that same day and have me out in 90 minutes. I agreed to his offer. All maintenance was completed, and I was on my way home in 90 minutes. Mark and his team delivered once again.

This new location just opened and I am very familiar with Store Manager Mark Grandys and Service Manager William Lynk, having worked with them for 5 years at their previous TK location. They have provided excellent service at every visit and always met my expectations. They are both dedicated to their profession and very responsive to me as their customer. My visit to the store was scheduled a week in advance and all parts were ordered and ready for installation. My service of shocks and struts replacement was originally recommended to be by TK two years ago at 120,000 miles, and for various reasons it was finally completed at 163,186 miles, such that my Lexus RX350 will be on the road for a long time to come. In my travels, I have received service at several other TK locations, as well as at NTB when I was living in Pittsburgh.
