Waited to pay 15 minutes. Entered work area and asked if anyone was working the checkout and the response was no, not right now with a bit of sarcasm that I didn't appreciate. Someone will be with you shortly would have been a reasonable response.

They were doing the best they could with what they had to work with. The lack of a sufficient amount of employees certainty hindered the business operation. A mechanic was running around dealing with customers, on the phone, working on vehicles, trying his hardest to try and satisfy all parties.

Following my tire rotation service and departure, a warning light came on related to the performed service and I had to return to the store to have it resolved.

The price for an oil change seemed very high. Also, quoted price for an alignment seemed high

I have road hazard warrantee and it still cost me over $100 for a new tire plus had to wait almost a week to get it and I have to put it back on my truck myself because they don't have any time which is not their fault they are a very busy store after the hurricane

Because I could watch what was being done, I thought they were slow to start. I was never told what was happening. Like why was my car moved from one spot to another and why.
