1 small chip and 2 small scratches were made to my wheel rims during my slow leak repair. I will just end up touching these up myself but it is still disappointing that this happened when I had flawless wheels going in.

The tech scraped off my Sun Pass and never told me.I went back to find the pass on his bench, you can't just put the pass back you need a new one. The mgr. offered to reimburse me more work for me!!

When I checked in the day before service, the young man was extremely polite and very helpful. I left the car the next morning and walked to work nearby. While working, I couldn't answer the phone so had to call back, I was told of other problems with the vehicle which I greatly appreciated, but I was unable to write them down at the time. When I went to pick the vehicle up, the older person behind the desk didn't and wouldn't answer any questions, rude and arrogant, he just wanted me to pay and get out of there. I asked if any of the issues I was told about were written down, told me NO, we only deal in tires here! I work at Publix nearby, and had the uniform on, as I was leaving your store, he made the comment, there is that wonderful Publix customer service. Told him he should try it sometime. Again, the younger man who checked me in and whoever worked on the vehicle was nice and much appreciated. Only takes one bad apple, GOOD LUCK!

Unhappy Upsell

While getting new tires I was asked if I'd like to replace the rear brakes and rotors for a $400, but would get a $60 rebate if I did it. I went with the extra service charges and repairs and then was not given the rebate info when I left. I came back the next day and was told I would only get $30. I was going to spend $776 and ended up spending $1177. This is a terrible practice in upselling products for a "cheaper" cost and then not give the discount as promised. Fool me once...it won't happen again.

The person I dealt with was extremely unprofessional. I am a new customer and had booked the appointment online. According to the information I received there was to be no charge for a tire rotation. I printed out the form to make sure I had the information correct. When the service was done, I went to check out and the sales person charged me $20. I told him that I had booked it and was told there would be no charge. He said this is not right. When I again told him that I had been told it was no charge he threw my keys at me and said "fine, whatever". I went out and got my paperwork from my car and brought it back inside and offered to show it to him. He said "I don't care." I told him I would pay the $20 as I always pay my bills. He again told me that he did not care and that "I hope you do not come back as a customer again." I told him that "I will never come back" and left. I have never been treated so poorly or had such a rude person wait on me. This was entirely uncalled for. My opinion of Tire Kingdom on my first visit is very poor. When I need new tires or any other service I will not go back to any of your locations.

I made a 9 am appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I was there at 8:50. I went across street for coffee. I went back at 10:15 and service had not even begun. The oil change done was not approved by me. The type of oil change was never discussed. As the car had been serviced on at least 3 occasions with Tire Kingdom at different locations I believed the same type of oil would be used as it was recorded in my customer notes. When I went to get the car at 12:30 which is when is was finally ready I was told I owed $80. I had paid $44 on the last previous occasions for an oil change. The alignment was free because I had bought a one year warranty in January. I refused to pay $80 and was so upset I finally paid $54 plus tax to get out of there. I should have been charged $44 with an apology. Again the oil change was never discussed at checkin. Completely disappointed with this location and will never return and will happily to tell all my friends and family to never frequent this location. I feel customers after my 9 am appointment were serviced earlier because of the revenue they generated.

Provide service at the advertised price without add ons and perform all services advertised. They would not rotate my tires as advertised even though I inspected them and the wear bars were within tolerance . .I've had numerous oil changes over my many years and never paid extra for labor over the quoted price. Just a con job to sell me new tires. A new business with a poor business practice.
