i was highly satisfied with my service because of the friendliness of staff and knowledge that was provided to me. it being my first time at a pandora and overll first time in a jewlery store i was happy to have had an amazing first experience. the associate that was helping my husband and i was super sweet and helpful and was overall a person i was comfortable doing my service with , it was easy to talk and explore what was provided with her help.

The associate that helped us was very friendly and helpful. Her name was Martha, she spoke Spanish which helped my mom understand the situation as well as I did. She was very understanding and accommodated us after a previous pandora visit in a different location went poorly.

All associates were very nice and knowledgeable. Manager took the time to assist me as well. Wonderful location. My first time visiting it was pretty busy but all associates were still attentive. It was less busy during this visit but it was I still received the same level of service. No matter what's happening this location takes care of it's guests.

Savannah was a great help in selecting the perfect bracelet and charms for my girlfriend’s birthday present.
