My first time going to a Pandora store and I fell in love. I was able to get pricing for my daughter’s Senior ring. I also purchased her, her first heart bracelet that she is in love with. The staff was extremely friendly.

I absolutely love pandora, The people are so nice and make the guest feel comfortable! I love it so much that I would love to work there one day as well. The workers are in no rush and let you take your time while looking for the jewlery you want.

I went in hoping to get my Pandora bracelet cleaned, unfortunately after washing it was still tarnished. I don’t understand why it has turned so black? My sisters bracelet was also the same color but did clean, we ended up having to buy a whole new one which is disappointing. I thought it would last longer

I’ve been seeing products online and decided to go into the store when I saw it by chance at the mall. It was nice to be able to try on anything I wanted. Linda D was helpful and very nice.

Upon arrival sales associate was very unwelcoming and was rushing for me to hurry up and choose something, told her I was looking for a ring and she was very stand-offish to show me multiple options, only showed me a couple and asked me if I was able to select one as they were closing
