The person helping us was not very nice and rather rude over all. I feel like if we are the people purchasing merchandise, they should at least be a little nicer in terms of everything and be respectful on how much we want to spend and over all watch their attitudes.

Not satisfied because I feel the store representative was disinterested in helping and not willing to put in the extra effort to help me as a customer.

I WAS VERY WELL PLEASE WITH MY SERVICE AND MY MERCHANDISE. THE SALE PERSON WAS POLITE AND HELPFUL.

I am very saddened to inform that I felt like I forced the sales rep to be there, it felt like she did not want to make the sale. I knew what I was looking for before entering the store and your sales rep. did not ask if I there was anything else I needed. She immediately began to ring me up, so I paid for the one item I needed and left. I have made many purchases at many other Pandora locations and this is the first time I felt as if I was not wanted in the store.

My husband and I travel alot and every place we go, we make sure to find Pandora. Even in Jamaica..... So this trip to Las Vegas was bo different. Just so happened, yesterday was my birthday and I received an email with a discount code. Today Brittany offered a promotion that if we spent over $150, we could get a free bracelet. Great no, problem! My total purchase was almost $200. I remembered that I got a birthday code for 10%. Brittany told us that we couldn't use the 10% and get the promo. Even when I took the promo items off, we were still over $150 and they didn't give the promo. To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. Was $10 worth a repeat loyal customer. I have over 17 charms on each bracelet that I wear. Spend tons of money with your store and I wasn't allowed the promo along with my birthday code , even though I spent over the $150. And the assistant store manager stood right there and said nothing! Shows how much I'm valued!

Sales associate gave me the wrong charm. Unfortunately, I found out too late. She was unprofessional and when I didn’t purchase over $200 she rushed my sale, which unfortunately resulted in me receiving the wrong charm. Very disappointed!
