Staff was friendly and pulled out different options of charms to chose from. They asked if we had already a bracelet and offered more product to provide balance to the bracelet. They were helpful and even offered exclusive pieces to the store.

The two young ladies that helped us were very informative and nice, I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. They had a wide selection on all sorts of pandora products all in stock.
