Her customer service was great and this is the kind of service we look for when shopping. She definitely deserves a great raise with the way she can attend to customer needs and make them happy. Came in to clean my rings, Jenny was helping me with picking out new ones I didn’t have intentions to purchase anything but the selections was great and she was super helpful

Came in with my sister to switch out a broken bracelet. The representative helping us was Diana S who suggested my sister’s bracelet needed clips to prevent the new band from breaking, and hold the charm in place which was a good suggestion! She even put the clips on for us. She had a great attitude, seems like a sweet girl. She offers to clean my sister’s charms and bracelet, which is out of the normal because usually any time my sister goes to pandora, they don’t offer to clean her bracelet. That aside, it was a pleasant experience.

They were both knowledgeable, energetic and gives us great selections they also helped my sister with her Pandora Card. Diana was able to help us and another guest with excellent service at the same time
