It might be nice to let your customers browse before they are assigned to an associate. On a side note, the associates hands were in bad shape. Cracked and split skin around her nails.

I prefer to look at everything myself not have it bought out to me individually especially since I’m not as social. It would’ve be nice to be able to walk around.

Can’t return a rose gold ring that is peeling and didn’t receive email receipt of a purchase I did yesterday for $ 240.00 !

I had never experienced the level of customer service that Brittany provided. She was rude! She would not let me finish telling her what I needed or wanted. She felt the need to talk over me and at the end of the sale, it was EXACTLY what I kept telling her I wanted. She felt the need to tell me over and over that my thought about jewelry choice was not correct. I wanted to add paperclip extensions onto my bracelet because it did not fit me anymore, she insisted on selling me the "heart" charm which I mentioned I did not want because I did not like it. I kept pointing to the paperclip bejewels extensions and asked if two of them could be used but she kept cutting me off by saying it was not possible without even trying NOR letting me finish the thought! She was very Rude! She didn't even try to ask why I was upset overall. I made the purchase and stormed out before I made a scene! I was that upset. NEVER have I been treated like she did. I felt belittled! I asked to speak to the manager and supposedly there weren't any. I went later that night to return the purchase & asked again for the manager and she stated nobody was available. I would like to talk to someone.
