I was with a friend who wanted to shop and honestly I had no plans to buy anything. But Melissa who was personable, friendly and very helpful proved otherwise. She spent time with us and provided guidance on our purchases. Not only am I happy with my purchase but was informed that I could bring my old bracelet back for cleaning.
