The sales associate was super sweet and very knowledgeable. She helped me figure out an issue with the bracelet locks I had and she suggested a couple items to purchase. She also cleaned my daughters bracelet.

I felt like there should have been more of a particular design in stock. They only had the more expensive/larger piece available when what I really wanted was the smaller.

I bought a dangle charm, and afterwards I asked if there was any way I can replace my bracelet, because it doesn’t not close properly. I have to push it up from the lock to close it right, when I showed the sales associate she said “well it has to be within the 30 days of purchase to replace it” which is Not true because I read the replacement & exchange policy, and when she looked at my charm bracelet she said “oh I see what the problem is this is why I don’t sell these type of bracelets they’re hard To work to with, but IT SEEMS FINE TO ME”. It might seem fine to HER but it is not fine TO ME, because my bracelet keeps falling off from my wrist when it doesn’t close properly by the clasp.
