Their website stated that they had what I was looking for in stores and they did not disappoint. I described what I was looking for and the assistant knew exactly what I wanted. Process was extremely quick and only took maybe 10 minutes.

Jules was very professional, kind and helpful in my visit. We started a family tradition for birthdays,the girls get a charm bracelet with 3 charms each to start Everyone else is buying charms for their bracelets. My Mom, daughter, sister,2neices,2grandaughters( and 4 more this year) I love Pandora ❣️ Jules was GREAT 👍

I felt extremely welcomed as soon as I walked inside. The sales associate listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to steer me towards more expensive options . Overall I felt very heard and super happy with my purchase.
