The Store Team was Exceptional in assisting me to find truly meaningful items. This Store is Beautifully set up with Gorgeous displays. I am so impressed with the Pandora Team at this Store and with the quality of the jewelry.

The quality of the jewelry is unbelievable. The saleswomen Melissa is extremely knowledgeable in Pandora history and the jewelry. The detail of the charms is amazing!

Jules was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the jewelry and was able to provide great suggestions based off I wanted. I went in only looking for a birthday gift and ended up leaving for a gift to myself as well! Lol. Definitely would visit this location again. Thank you Jules!

I was gifted a set of earrings. I wore them for three days my ears started to hurt. I remove the earrings, and when I removed the earrings, the earrings had turned black, and the prongs were bent. I went back to go return the earrings the girl kept asking how did I clean them? I let her know that I only wore them for a certain amount of days and she insisted that it was because I don’t know how to maintain the earrings. Very rude manager too

I felt the sales girl was very judgmental. I knew exactly what I was looking for. I walked in and asked for the rings. She (yesenia # 227522) took the ring tray out and pretty much said this is your size. I was excited to come in and shop and this visit made me disappointed. Now I know why I shop online. I bought what I was looking for but if I had a sales girl trying to "really" help me I would have bought more.
