The associates where friendly delivering excellent customer service and experts of the products the store has to offer to their guest.

The staff person was extremely knowledgeable and was able to assist me with creating a beautiful braclet.

I had bought some safety clips from the Pandora inside Ceasars Palace last time I was in Vegas. I live in California and when I took it to be cleaned they said the Clip was defective but they would not replace it for me. I was told by a sales associate at the Oxnard Ca store that I had to either go back to Vegas and exchange it or send it in. When I went to the Pandora inside Mandalay Britney the mangaer was super helpful, she exchanged the product with no problem and even gave food recomendations. Britney made the experience very easy and pleasant. I would go back to this store just to have her help me.

The store has a lot to choose from and if a item need fixing or need cleaning, pandora’s salesman doesn’t hesitate to help a customer.

Service was excellent

There were only two workers and the signs that said 50% off were not applicable to every piece that they were posted on. Only some were 50% off even when the sign was posted right next to it in the display.

I Love Pandora jewelry and I collect what ever city r state I vist...And with awesome customer service is always a plus...

Not enough staff . I had to wait for service for long time. Need more sales person in floor
