I did not intend to purchase, however the sales associate was persistent in showing the merchandise and reorganizing my previous purchased charms.

This visit, I felt as if the store associate was apathetic. As I was looking, 3-4 customers came into the store, and I felt rushed to make my purchase because there were no other associates in the store.

I went into one of your stores in Vegas and requested to buy an individual lucky dice, and was told I could only buy them in pairs. After the purchase, I realized she rung them up separately. I feel like u was lied to and taken advantage of.

So an associate told me that an item is sold only in pairs which was not true as I found out later because someone that I know bought that item as an individual and not in pairs. Highly unethical

Offer outside said free bracket when spending over $135, which we did, only to be told offer not valid as we we’re American!
