Both sales associates were assisting other customers when we walked in, but they were very quick to assist us once they were done. They acknowledged us when we walked in and answered any questions we had.

We were shopping for my daughters 21st birthday at Mandalay Bay Pandora. Helen and Connie gave us exceptional customer service as soon as we entered the store. They helped my daughter find the perfect gifts. Even offered an in store cleaning of the 4 pieces of Pandora jewelry she wore into the store. I cannot say enough about our amazing experience we had. Thank you ladies so much for your caring support you gave us on this special occasion.

It was easy to find for an out of towner. Disappointed the Las Vegas charm I wanted was retired. But am happy with the charm I received.

My sales person Alexa was absolutely amazing! Not only did she help me with what I was looking for she also offered to clean my bracelet for me while I was there! She even replaced one of my missing charms! Great great great customer service!
